01 Will the ladder wobble at full extension?
No. Every Grip Ladder is tested to 150kg and built with reinforced rung locking — the same mechanism at every extension point, not just the base sections. If you've used a cheaper telescopic ladder before, you'll notice the difference at the top rungs specifically.
02 Is it really EN131 certified?
Yes. All our ladders meet the EN131 European safety standard, and are additionally SGS lab tested, TÜV safety tested, and CE marked. We don't just print a badge — every model is independently verified before it reaches you.
03 What height do I need?
As a rough guide: single-storey homes typically need 3.2–3.8m, two-storey homes 4.4–5m, and taller properties or full roof access 5.6m and above. Not sure? Use our ladder finder to get a recommendation based on your exact job.
04 Will I trap my fingers closing it?
Every rung is designed to lock and release with a single controlled motion, without loose sections that can snap shut unexpectedly. It's a common complaint with budget ladders — it's one of the first things we tested for.
05 How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, then delivered within 4–8 working days. Free on every order, no minimum spend.
06 What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return your ladder for a full refund, no reason needed, in line with UK consumer law. It just needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
07 What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Any manufacturing fault or structural defect within 2 years of purchase is covered for a free repair or replacement. It doesn't cover damage from misuse or normal wear on rubber feet and grips.
